Vital Statistics

Vital records are typically birth certificates, divorce, death & marriage certificates. Often these official records have the signature of a registrar on them. They cannot be copied by a notary but official copies can be obtained easily from Vital Chek.

Vital Chek is great if you are in a rush. Many of these Vital records can be also obtained from the County Health Departments as well as Clerks of Court, so check those as well. 

Certified or Attested Copies or copy certification cannot be done on documents from Vital Chek or Vital Statistics. These can, however be apostilled by the Secretary of State and we do offer this expedited service! Often times this services is needed if these forms are required in another country outside of the United States.
